On a humid day in Marinette Wisconsin 8 school battled for the “Border Battle” between Wisconsin and Michigan High Schools…Coming in 8th place in the team competition was Norway(MI); placing in 7th place was Lena (WI); 6th place went to Stephenson (MI); 5th place went to Marinette (WI); 4th place went to Wrightstown (WI); 3rd place went to Coleman (WI); Runner up was the Maroons from Menominee with 82 pts. and the Redmen from Marquette won the title with 24 pts. The Redmen place 7 in the top 15 with Drew White placing 14th; Brady Ketzenberger placed 11th; Lincoln Sager placed 8th; Colin Vanderschaff placed 6th; Carson Vanderschaff placed 5th; Peyton Osborne placed 4th and winning the Varsity Boys race was Moses Waite for the Redmen. In the JV Meet the Redmen scored a perfect 15 led by winner Adam White, runner up Chase Stahl, 3rd place Matthew Janowski, 4th place was Ben Griffin and Sam Markey was the 5th runner for Marquette….stay humble Redmen and stay hungry….
